You should never give anyone the benefit of the doubt. You are essentially saying you have doubt as to what the answer is and since you don’t know what the answer is you will believe whatever they tell you. That’s as bad as trusting someone before they prove they’re trustworthy. Let people prove to you they are trustworthy before you trust them. We do everything ass-backwards and then wonder why we are deceived. Just sayin’.

like I heard a million times.. “you cant prove it”… No I cant prove it but there comes a point that you no longer care to either. I don’t need proof… I need to trust my gut & do what is right for me.

A lot of scorned people posting on this. If you execute enough people you will eventually get it right and find a guilty one. But if you unjustly condemn just one person then your entire method is absolutely flawed. Being bitter does NOT justify your accusations.
