Just listen a big thing to do that most of us can’t do and we end up hurt and disappointed because we just did not want to listen. He showed me more then once that he’s better of with out me but I choose not to listen ?

I listen more closely to the words NOT spoken and the actions NOT taken. If a puzzle is missing a piece or two, it’s certainly not worth putting it together.

Yes, true! But, how disappointing and frustrating it is, when you figure out the message is, “You aren’t worth the effort, though you believed I was.”

Some times that message is not about you… but them… crying, calling out… so yes, listen without being selfish.
