Amen. Pain and fear cause a lot of rash decisions that many people can’t see in the moment and don’t realize until it’s too late. It’s a shame but people learn and grow at different times.

My Mom told me years ago love is a lie. It doesn’t last and to marry for convenience. I never listened….. Things that make you go hmmm…

Pain can be our greatest teacher.
I have given up on love because of the pain I have experienced versus the benefits, and the pain has outweighed every single time.
Faith is for the weak-minded. Drive your own life the way you want. If you succeed, there is no feeling like it.
Let your heart and soul sing for success and living your life your way on your terms.
No one used to talk about this. We’re starting to do so.

Chronic physical pain can create tunnel vision and adds to emotional pain. It becomes necessary to learn how to breathe through it and remember to be grateful for what I have in order to continue. Doesn’t always work but I do try!

Pain also shows us how strong we are, once we’ve overcome our circumstances.

After years of struggles, I finally realized it’s honestly a choice. You have to make your own life better. It’s your responsibility!

Pain makes me isolate. If I’m grieving, disturb at your own risk! I’m working on that…

You don’t realise how much a painful trauma changes your view of life until it happens. You lose your zest for things you used to love and enjoy doing, days just pass, time means nothing.

It is a choice. Pain is a lesson. I have faced my pain, felt it all in the darkness of solitude, made peace with my memories and forgave myself and those who have harmed me. I have healed. My choice is to live in love, not fear. I am more than the pain and I am not defined by the past. I choose love. ❤️

I have faith in myself, I haven’t let me down. Just have to work out how to fully heal now. I will get there! ♥️

You know what else changes people? Tacos. They make you eat more and hungry less. They make you stop believing you’ll ever be skinny again. I don’t want to live like that. I want to stuff my face with tacos and never gain a pound.

But…life just isn’t fair sometimes.🤷‍♀️
