It truly is hard for some people. I’ll never understand why because I’m pretty vocal. I may hesitate at first because I suck at coming up with the right words, but I’ll never withhold anything that my spouse needs to know. Some people you have to hold a gun to their head to get them to talk about their feelings or their deepest concerns. Idk the solution to get people to talk more, but I do know that those who aren’t vocal, they know what they should be doing. They just choose not to.
