the “most sexiest” is grammatically incorrect, but it can never be wrong since Scarlet Johansson existed! You can say ” she’ s the most sexiest person in the world”!

Sexiest person implies that said person being tagged is already the sexiest, the word “most” is redundant. There’s nothing sexier than correct grammar.

Take out the word “most” and its a correct statement. Any man who knows that is the sexiest.

Remember, that sexy isn’t about what you see on the outside of people or what they wear. It’s what people have on the inside, in their hearts, their morals, how they carry themselves. Everyone can be sexy in their own way, don’t abuse it. Just my thoughts.
